How do I link FlightPort to my TV?
Open the FlightPort app on your TV. You'll see a QR code. Scan it with your phone and log in. Your account is automatically linked to the TV.
Which TVs are supported?
FlightPort is available on Google TV (Chromecast with Google TV and Android TV devices). LG webOS and Samsung Tizen versions are in development.
How current is the flight data?
Free users get data refreshed every 60 seconds. Pro users get 30-second refresh. Pro+ users get 15-second refresh. Flight data comes from the adsb.lol open ADS-B network (radar positions) and supplemental aviation data sources (departures, arrivals, search). Updates may be delayed for ground operations and remote regions.
I can't log in — what should I do?
Try the forgot password link. If you're still stuck, email us at flightport-support@salzventure.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Account and click "Manage subscription." You can cancel from there. Your access continues to the end of the billing period.
Why isn't a specific flight showing up?
Not all flights are tracked in real-time — coverage varies by region. Charter, military, and private flights are often not included. Search for the flight number to check its status directly.
How do I delete my account?
Go to My Account, scroll to "Data & Privacy," and click "Delete account." This is permanent and removes all your data.
Is my payment information stored securely?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number — only a Stripe customer ID linked to your account.
